Shipping policy

1. Orders will ship within one (1) - three (3) business days upon full receipt of payment.
2. Orders will ship by the selected shipping method chosen when you place your order.
3. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Parsiala is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery, please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number and information provided to investigate.
5. “Return to Sender” packages will receive a refund for the purchase price of the items only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
6. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Free shipping is only valid in the lower 48 United States.
